Material grades and description:
W1 - All components completely zinc plated steel clear chromate.
W2 - Bands and housings made of chromium stainless steel 1.4016 (430). Closure components made of steel, zinc plated.
W3 - All components completely stainless steel 1.4016 (430).
W4 - All components completely marine grade stainless steel 1.4301 (304).
W5 - All components completely high grade, non-magnetic nickel chromium stainless steel 1.4401/1.4571 (316)
Torro Hose Clamps
NORMA Torro Hose Clamps set the standard of modern hose clamp design. NORMACLAMP GBS
NORMACLAMP GBS heavy-duty hose clamps, built to DIN3017 standard, are designed primarily for use in applications where hose clamps must meet stringent requirements, in particular suction or high pressure hoses complete with plastic or steel inserts and high Shore hardness values, are to be connected and attached.
Normaconnect GBR
NORMACONNECT pipe couplings provide an economic alternative to conventional pipe joining techniques for plastic and metal pipes. Plain-end pipes are joined in no time.
NORMACONNECT is an economical alternative to conventional pipe joining techniques for both plastic and metal pipes. All plain-ended pipes can be joined easily by hand. The ready to fit coupling is pushed over the pipe ends and then aligned and rotated to any fitting position. Tightening the two bolts alternately with a torque wrench is all it takes to make a safe fitting.
Sealing reliability is also ensured under the condition of slight axial misalignment, angular deflection and even gaps between pipe ends of up to 35 mm. Pressure surges, vibration and related noise are absorbed to a considerable extent. Economy is guaranteed due to short assembly times without the necessity of prior pipe alignment or treatment of pipe ends; in addition, the pipe couplings are reusable.
