Aere Inflatable Fenders
Having large fenders aboard to meet the requirements of bad docks, rafting with other boats, storms, wind and waves, is something every boat owner has wished for, but most of us just don't have space available to store the large fenders needed for those situations. AERE fenders were designed for just that problem, they inflate and deflate in seconds, store easily, and are lightweight so any member of your crew can handle them. They are also VERY durable.
In daily use by the US Navy, Coast Guard, and most Super Yachts.
We have in stock 12" x 29", 12" x 42" and 18" x 58", in white and dark blue. There are many more sizes available and other colours too. A commercial "extreme duty" range is also available for very large vessels.
AERE Inflatable Fenders are made from heavy, high denier, polyester fabric (used in dinghy construction), and heavily PVC coated inside and outside. The product is hand-glued with seam reinforcement inside and outside. The seams are three to four layers thick to assure seam integrity. The attachment points are stainless steel "D" rings on both ends, securely fastened to a layered backing plate. The fill valves are Halkey Roberts valves.
The fenders are inflated by purpose built high-flow pumps, inlcuding the MB80 electric pump and the Bravo 2 Foot Pump.
